Sketchbook: projects, sketches and SKIN exhibition

Here are some scan's of my sketchbook and work I did last week. We were allowed to use only muted colours and blacks and whites. We had to look at the surfaces in EC1 and reflect what we know about it in our sketchbook. So its all about SURFACEs and LAYERS etc.

I started a new project this week as well-mapping project. It sounds like its all about geography and maps, but actually its not. maps are just a starting point. So we brained stormed from this idea and got to mapping a human body. To do some research for that, I went to SKIN exhibition(which is amazing for some many things- art, science and everything in between), Here are some sketches:
